Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate and complete information when making travel arrangements through Luxurious Detours, LLC.

 

Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health-related requirements.

 

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service providers.

 

Prices for travel services are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, and other factors.

 

Clients are responsible for reviewing and complying with the payment and cancellation policies of the service providers.

 

Luxurious Detours, LLC may charge service fees for booking and other services rendered.

 

Changes and Cancellations

Changes to travel arrangements, including date changes, passenger names, or other details, will be subject to fees or penalties as imposed by service providers.

 

Cancellation policies vary by service provider and will be communicated to clients at the time of booking.

 

Refunds

ALL QUOTE REQUEST FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Clients are allotted a 75% deposit requested via our Refund Request Form within 5 days of booking or until any booking accommodations have been made. 

 

Approved refunds are processed and initiated within 14-21 days of receipt of the refund request form according to our terms and conditions. 

 

Liability and Indemnity

Luxurious Detours, LLC acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, or negligence of service providers.

 

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Luxurious Detours, LLC harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services.

 

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and branding of Luxurious Detours, LLC are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

 

Confidentiality and Privacy

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
